“24h Thailand 2019”

24h Thailand is the program that tests the runner physically and mentally because the runner has to run in the limited area repetitively multiple times.

The runner needs to pull out their best potential and run the maximum distance they can pull off within 24 hours. The fun part is that not only the runner will be given a chance to challenge their physical capability but their followers and friends will also be able to cheer up the runner from the side of the running track as well. This will take away the boredom and motivate the runner to keep running.

In the future, there will be a plan to promote 24h Thailand to reach the standard of IAU association. This is an association that affiliated with IAU association which responsible for taking care of the ultramarathon track around the world including the Ultra trail and Ultra Road.
